Convenient and Clean Retreat
The staff were incredibly friendly, and I felt welcomed immediately. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
However, the walk from Okayama Station felt a bit too long, especially with my suitcase. A nearby socket by the bed would have been helpful too.

Consider a taxi from the station for a smoother arrival, especially if you're traveling with heavy luggage or during bad weather.

nice stay but limited english
The simple room was very pleasant and comfortable for my two-night stay. The distance from the station was manageable with helpful bus access. I also enjoyed the city view, which added to my experience.
I noticed that the English usage was somewhat limited.

I had a unique stay experience here, where I enjoyed the healthy breakfast buffet and found the room to be very clean, with an impressive air conditioner. Along with a relaxing massage option available on-site, I appreciated that the staff took great care of the surroundings. The only minor downside was that the room felt a tad stuffy at first but opening the window cleared that right up. 😊

I enjoyed my stay at Okayama View Hotel. The simple yet charming room provided a comfortable vibe, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. However, walking 16 minutes from the station with my luggage was a bit challenging, but worth it for the experience.

We loved the unique experience of sleeping on futons, which made our family feel culturally immersed. The healthy buffet breakfast was a hit, even with my teenage kids who usually prefer heavier meals. The staff was so kind and helpful during our stay.
My children wished for more entertainment options in the area.

missingWrote a review on Jul 10futon sleepinghealthy breakfastlong walk
Sleeping on a futon offers a unique, comfortable experience for those who prefer a harder surface. The breakfast buffet, while limited, manages to be both healthy and satisfying, making it a worthwhile start to the day.
The walk from the station can feel lengthy, especially with luggage on a rainy day. The room felt slightly stuffy until I cracked the window open, which solved the issue, but having a power outlet by the bed would have made charging devices more convenient. Also, while breakfast offers good quality, the price feels a bit steep for what's available.

A great place with friendly staff, a nice breakfast, and a unique sleeping arrangement on futons. It's a bit of a trek from the station, and the cleaning schedule could be more flexible, but the location is prime for visiting Okayama Castle and nearby restaurants.

The double room was a solid size and super clean. I had a smoking room, but the ventilation was great—barely any smell. The bed situation was different since you sleep on a futon on the floor, which might feel odd at first but ended up being cozy. The air conditioning was top-notch too! Overall, it was a straightforward, comfortable stay.
